JOB DESCRIPTION: He assists the captain with administrative and safety duties, arranges regular safety things, maintains deck equipment, organizes the storage of the yacht forsea. The first mate possesses boat-handling skills, watches keeping and navigational skills and has the capability to step in for the captain in his absence.
