Gemma Harris
ChefGemma’s passion for the sea and cooking landed her into the yachting industry five years ago. Working on board luxury yachts as a Chef and Stewardess, she has learnt the ropes quite fast and advanced in preparing delicious and healthy seasonal dishes and managing the yacht’s interior to a high standard. Her bespoke menu is full of exquisite tastes and tempting aromas with an abundance of fresh local produce.
In addition to cooking and sailing, Gemma developed a true love for the underwater environment and progressed to a PADI instructor.
An efficient and organised crew member, she is happy to design an ideal charter experience.
Alix Cayce
StewardessAlix grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has spent a good portion of her life in and around the ocean. She has been on boats since before she could walk, and still finds her greatest joy on the water. Having spent some time in the corporate world after college, she has since found greater happiness returning to those skills she’d honed since childhood. Being a yacht stewardess offers her the unique experience to work in close quarters with her guests each day and therefore the opportunity to completely alter their experience by maintaining the highest standard of excellence in the service and overall attention they’re given during their time on the yacht. She is energetic and hardworking and is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for the guests each and every day.
