I’m Alice, an Italian with a deep passion for the sea. After living in both Rome and Paris, I now call Nice my home, where I blend my love for the Mediterranean with the vibrant culture of the French Riviera.
A polyglot by nature, I thrive in multicultural environments, and I’ve recently had the pleasure of working as a Cook/Stew aboard a Princess 24m yacht along the stunning French Riviera. My love for cooking is something I’ve inherited from my grandmother, and it’s always been a central part of my life.
Onboard, I focus on creating Mediterranean and Italian-inspired dishes that are fresh, homemade, and tailored to the tastes of each guest. Every meal I prepare is a reflection of my passion for quality ingredients and personalized service, ensuring that every dining experience is special.
I pride myself on being professional, adaptable, and discreet, and I make it my mission to ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and unforgettable experience. Whether it’s a casual lunch or an elegant dinner, I’m here to cater to your culinary desires and make your time aboard truly memorable.

My journey in yachting began with a love for the industry, and since then, I have gained a broad range of experiences. From Brittany to the Caribbean, and across the Mediterranean, I started as a sailing instructor for dinghies and keelboats in Finistère, later expanding my expertise in the technical aspects of the industry with North Sails.
Now based in the South of France, I am committed to delivering exceptional experiences on board, ensuring professionalism, safety, and the highest level of service. Neyina embodies my dedication to excellence, where performance sailing meets impeccable hospitality. My goal is to anticipate and exceed expectations, providing guests with unforgettable moments at sea.
