Nikos attended the “Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos” Athens, Greece. He holds Engineer’s A’ Diploma, and began his career on board merchant vessels in 1995. Nikos continued to work on board merchant vessels until 2001 when he decided to bring his experience and knowledge on board luxury yachts. He is on m/y Duke since her launch.

Yiannis has been attending to clients’ demands very successfully from 2003 at restaurants "Esperia", "Perubu", and "Cash“. Yannis has been awarded 2nd place at the Chefs’ Competition at the Mediterranean Yacht Show 2015, and 2016 in Nafplion.

Dimitris holds a Supervisor Chief Steward’s Diploma. He has attended seminars concerning Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities, Elementary First Aid, Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats, Safety for Personnel Providing Direct Service to Passengers in Passengers Ships, Personnel Survival Techniques, A – V/2 & A – V/3. He is a member of the Greek Union of Chief Stewards, of the Union of Officers and Lower Crew in Yachts, and of the Club D’ Maitre’s. He started working in 1989 as Dining Room Waiter in Cruise Ships and Ferry Boats. Dimitris takes care of all the details both big and small allowing to his guests concentrate on nothing more than enjoying, relaxing and being pampered.
