Sean’s culinary style is centered around the northern pacific rim; equal parts North American and Japanese. When not chasing horizons, Sean burns the midnight oil studying swordsmanship. This lifelong pursuit has led to extensive international travel, visiting, teaching and collaborating with colleagues. Sean also enjoys choreographing cinematic and live action sequences for various film and gaming studios.
