Dominique is and adventurer at heart. She enjoys the wonders of the sea and the world alike. After completing her degree in Hospitality Management, she went on to successfully run a number of large restaurants in South Africa. Wanting to see more of the world, she joined the yachting industry, bringing her creative talent with her. Dominique’s high level of service, bubbly personality and willingness to please make her a pleasure to have onboard. When she is not working, Dom loves spending her time on the beach, scuba diving or sailing. Dom is so excited to make your stay onboard STELLA MARIS an exciting and memorable trip of a lifetime.

Matthew is from the city of Durban, South Africa. He has grown up and avid sailor and athlete. Matthew was head boy of over a thousand five hundred students as well as the captain of rugby, water polo and did SA championships in Egypt. After high school, Matt went on to study his first year in medicine. He then realized that this was not his passion and took to the open seas and sailed a small sail boat from Durban, SA, to France for a total of 5 months. Whilst traveling to Europe he found himself on a yacht and has never looked back! He has quickly acquired extensive experience and the qualifications the job requires. Matt is a wonderful addition to our vessel and has the personality to make every moment on board STELLA MARIS an unforgettable experience.
