Katerina Giannouli
HostessKaterina is working as a hostess on board yachts since 2020 and she has done numerous charter in the Ionian, Cyclades and Sporades. She loves the sea, travelling and cooking. Katerina is able to create stunning vegetarian, meat and fish dishes. Her passion for discovering new places has enhanced her knowledge of many Greek islands making her an expert at food, drink and hiking suggestions. Her curious nature helps her connect with people from different background. Katerina speaks English and Greek.
Jean Paul Bayol
CookJean Paul was born in 1960 in France. He is a qualified Chef with years of experience and passion for creative dishes.He holds a CAP certificat d’apprentissage professionnel (cuisine classique) as well as a BEP brevet d’état professionnel (cuisine classique).Jean Paul started his career in Cote d Azur and in 1990 he moved to Greece working as Chef in various high end restaurants. In 2007 he discovered that his true passion is working at the sea so he decided to bring his knowledge and experience on luxurious Motor Yachts such as Oh Que Luna, Suncoco, O’Pari, Dragon, Moya providing high quality tastes to his guests.
