The luxury motor yacht R23, previously named OUT, was built by AMTEC and delivered to her owner in 2002, she later underwent a refit in 2024.

The exterior of R23 is designed by Salvagni Architetti.

The guest cabins comprise a cabin with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a primary suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities and 4 cabins with a double bed and en-suite bathroom facilities.
