The luxury motor yacht PROJECT STEEL, previously named MISS DANNA, was built by Bugari and delivered to her owner in 1993, she later underwent a refit in 2020.

The exterior of PROJECT STEEL is designed by Vincenzo Ruggiero.

The 111ft / 33.8m PROJECT STEEL has been constructed with a steel hull and is powered by 2x 630hp Caterpillar with a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 13 knots.

PROJECT STEEL has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 charter guests in 5 suites.

The guest cabins comprise a primary suite with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a VIP suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a cabin with a double bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, a cabin with a twin bed and a pullman bed and en-suite bathroom facilities and a cabin with a twin bed and a pullman bed and en-suite bathroom facilities.

Evangelos Chatzigiannakoudis

Captain

Evangelos born in 1976, is a devoted seaman with 25 years of experience. He started his career onboard commercial and cruise ships where he gained all the necessary skills needed to run a tight ship. He holds commander class A master diploma from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and RYA/MCA Yaxhtmaster Ocean power drivern craft and sailing vessel certificate as well as skipper license from 1998. His safety-conscious and professional attitude together with his interpersonal skills make him a great captain and companion to explore the sea. . He speaks Greek and English, and his outgoing personality and willingness to please his guests contribute to an unforgettable charter experience. Evangelos has also graduated from University of Plymouth UK on HND Marine and Composites Technology and Marine Biology and holds a degree on International Busines Administration. He loves Surf, reading, spear diving and Cycling!

Konstantinos was born in Athens Greece and graduated from Le monde culinary arts school. He joined yachting in 2004 in various motor and sailing yachts with excellent references along with extensive restaurant and hotel background as a chef. Previous yachts: M/Y NOURAH OF RIYAD 70m, M/Y HASABI 60m, M/Y LADY SARYA 70m, M/Y PROTEUS 35m, S/Y ELEN V 40m, M/Y AMADEUS 33m etc. He has also attended many seminars on Original Mediterranean cuisine and plate decoration. He specializes in Mediterranean, Japanese, Arabic, Thai, fusion, vegan, gluten free and pastries cuisine. Konstantinos is excited to create extraordinary food experiences for the guests on board Project Steel. He has a family and speaks Greek and English

George is a skilled and adaptable Marine Engineer from Greece, born in 1994, with a strong passion for vessels of all types. With a background in mechanical engineering from Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, he has gained extensive hands-on experience working across various ships, including luxury yachts, LNG carriers, and bulk carriers. His roles have ranged from Assistant Engineer on M/Y Executive and M/Y Amore Mio II to Third Engineer on M/V Panagia Paravouniotissa. His expertise includes dry dock operations, safety procedures, and engine room resource management, with certifications in advanced fire fighting, survival craft operation, and proficiency in gas and oil tankers. Fluent in Greek and English, he is highly skilled in communication and has advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. With a positive and enthusiastic attitude, he is eager to take on new challenges and contribute his expertise to a professional and dynamic team.

Maria is a highly accomplished Chief Stewardess with extensive experience in the yachting and hospitality industries. With a background spanning luxury yachts, high-end resorts, and fine-dining establishments, she has developed exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a reputation for delivering superior guest experiences. Her expertise includes food and beverage service, provisioning, inventory management, and event coordination, ensuring seamless onboard operations. Maria is also a trained masseuse, offering holistic therapies and wellness treatments to enhance guest satisfaction. Having worked on prestigious yachts such as M/Y Barrents Sea, M/Y Domino, and M/Y Sunrise, she has honed her skills in silver service, housekeeping, and crew leadership. With certifications in STCW safety training and a diploma in holistic massage, she brings a well-rounded skill set to every role. Fluent in Greek and English, Maria is a dedicated professional committed to excellence in service, organization, and guest well-being.Maria is born in Athens in 1992 and had graduated from food technology Athens University, Chemistry Sussex University and attended courses in National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her love for the sea made her jump in the yachting sector working as a stewardess and chief stewardess of various Motor yachts. Maria’s quiet and gentle personality ensures that every guest’s needs are met with a genuinely warm smile.

Olga is an ambitious and dedicated professional with a strong background in customer service, hospitality, and sales. She is currently pursuing Maritime Studies at Metropolitan College, building on her academic foundation after earning her high school diploma in 2023. Fluent in English at a C2 level, she has also developed essential computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications. Her work experience includes roles as a barista at Coffee Lab, service staff at various cafés and restaurants, and a sales position at Kostis Jewellery, demonstrating her adaptability and excellent customer service skills. With a keen interest in travel, organization, and teamwork, Olga brings creativity, emotional intelligence, and a customer-focused approach to every role. She has also completed a specialized Barista seminar at Coffee Lab, further enhancing her expertise in the hospitality sector. References are available upon request.

He has Joined yachting in 2006 of full time professional experience working on board private and charter yachts (22 m to 50m ) as deckhand and 2nd engineer. He has many technical skills, and is a hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic member of the team. He also has valid certificates for Life Saving and Fire Fighting, Open water Padi, speedboat license and speaks fluent English and Greek
