Morgan Mayes
ChefChef Morgan has always been a traveler at heart. At a young age she would spend the weekends sailing with her Dad on his trimaran on the Chesapeake Bay. Throughout her childhood she spent many years living in places like Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Ethiopia.
At a young age Morgan found a passion in cooking after taking a trip with her family to India-
Recreating exotic meals became her obsession and personal challenge. Throughout Her high school and college years Morgan continued to travel the globe, until her love for culinary arts took her to the Ballymaloe Cookery School where she able was hone her skills as a chef and perfect her favorite dishes. Since then Morgan has worked as a chef on the world's largest charter trimaran, operating charters in the beautiful BVI.
Morgan holds an STWC and a Ballymaloe Cookery School Certification
Great friends for going on 3 years, Morgan and Alex share a seamless professional relationship, competitive work ethics, and a love for hosting and being on the water. The professional experience they draw from their individual working lives comes together to form a comprehensive chartering force.
