I have always loved cooking and the adventure of exotic things. I became a chef after many years in the beauty and hospitality industries, because I wanted to offer something unique and special to my clientele. Originally from South Africa, I spent my formative years living by the Pacific Ocean, on the US, West Coast, travelling back and forth to South Africa. I have explored diverse peoples and their cultures along the way. I want to share these interesting experiences by bringing some tastes and flavours to you on board.
Seth and I met moonlighting in restaurants, while we were building our careers. From a strong friendship, we then fell in love and dreamed of a life at sea, while travelling the world. We have been sailing together since 2018 and look forward to sharing many more exciting adventures.

From a very early age I was always a water baby, I spent most of my formative years by the ocean swimming and exploring. I’m from Cape Town, South Africa, and have been fortunate to travel extensively, visiting and experiencing a lot of amazing places. I have always loved diving, fishing and being on boats. I also studied ocean systems at university, which furthered my understanding and love of the ocean. I started my yachting journey delivering boats over long distances and have sailed all over the world. My passion is exploring what is underwater, free diving, scuba diving and I am an instructor in these fields.
Roxy and I are a dynamic team, we take great care of people and like to show them new things. We met working together 10 years ago and we have been a couple for 7 of them.
