Aline grew up in Southern Brazil, where her love for cooking was inspired by her mother's cuisine. She later honed her culinary skills in Croatia, adding a professional touch to her passion. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese, Aline’s diverse background is reflected in her culinary approach. She specializes in gluten-free, lactose-free, keto, low-carb, and seafood dishes, always focusing on fresh, local ingredients. With experience on yachts up to 56m, Aline is skilled in creating memorable dining experiences that blend Mediterranean and Brazilian flavors.
