Denise Dobbs is a Florida native and had the pleasure of growing up on the ocean. Her father is an avid scuba diver so she started snorkeling when she was four years old and caught her first lobster when she was 12. Denise grew up in the restaurant and hospitality arena and loves to show her guest a great time with quality service. She began her yachting career after finishing college with her Commercial Photography Degree as a “summer job”, which has now turned into the endless summer. Over 18 plus year in yachting has given her many experiences she loves to share with the guests. Denise began her career as a deck hand on a 125ft Sailing Yacht and quickly moved into Chief Stewardess. For 12 years Denise was a Chief Stewardess on vessels ranging from 90ft-180ft. Denise began to explore cooking on yachts and has been a Freelance Chef for the last 7 years. Her foods focus on healthy & fresh but she loves cooking Italian, Asian, seafood, and grilled meats! She is also a certified Raw-Vegan Chef specializing on Gluten-Free food and desserts. In addition to those skills she is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Breathwork Coach, and yoga instructor. Denise loves to make sure her guests are happy, relaxed, and smiling during their time aboard M/Y Divine Destiny.

Kaitlyn grew up on the waters of Lake Winnepasaukee in New Hampshire. She was boating on the lake before she could walk. She attended the Massachusetts Maritime Academy located on Cape Cod, after an acquaintance told her she wouldn’t be able make it through a Para-military academy. She was convinced she was going to study International Maritime Business and find a way to gear it towards her original goal. She graduated in 2013 with a B.S. in Marine Transportation and her USCG Third Mate Oceans Unlimited License. Both during college and after she was fortunate enough to travel up and down the East Coast, all through the Gulf of Mexico, the Great Lakes and even get a chance to do a pineapple run from San Francisco to Hawaii as she spent time aboard tankers, tugs and bulk carriers. She has spent the last several years working for a ferry company based out of Woods Hole, MA and Hyannis, MA. She was also the Assistant Dockmaster at a marina based out of Falmouth which opened her eyes to the countless opportunities that private yachting offered. She decided to take the leap into her next adventure during the summer of 2017 and start freelancing. While Freelancing she was introduced to Captain Kerry through a mutual friend of Denise’s and she knew it was Divine Destiny when she was offered a full-time position! As Mate and assistant Stewardess Kait will keep you safe, take you on Scout Tender adventures, and serve you all the food & drinks you desire.
