She is the owner of Brunch & More, a popular brunch restaurant and has spent the last three years living in Senegal. Dhikra's culinary style is influenced by her multicultural background and passion for travel, resulting in the creation of unique dining experiences. Louis 32yo was born and raised in the south of France. After a first career in trade and marketing in the startup industry in Paris, he decided to travel the world for a few years. His dream to realise his passion for the sea, to an everyday job became true. So he decided to change his career to professional seaman five years ago. Since, he has been working all around the world (Artic sea, Indian Ocean, Pacific ocean, Caribbean sea…) from fishing vessel to larger yacht, up to 55m and as different position (deckhand, chief mate, captain).
