Beyond the kitchen, Hugh has a love for sailing and a vibrant, engaging personality. His enthusiasm for life at sea ensures guests enjoy a warm, memorable experience.
Job description
As the chef, Ben is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable, and that all dietary requirements are met. He is a creative cook, varying her meals to provide variety and according to the location of DARK STAR OF LONDON, to have as much relevance as possible to the region being visited.

Irina is a hospitable and sociable crew member who brings a high standard of interior detailing, service to any vessel. She is an Italian resident who can speak English, Russian, Italian and French. Her experience on boats helped her to learn the true definition of hard work and discipline. She is very confident in service and guest interaction. From experience as a sole stewardess, she is also well equipped to help out on deck. Dedicated, Precise and Forward thinking, three traits that we believe are key elements when it comes to describing Irina. She loves the outdoors, adventure and travel and consciously cultivates enthusiasm and uplifting approach for life among guests and crew alike.
Job description
Irina is responsible for organization, management and cleanliness of all interiors. She maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to any and all guest trips. In charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for and that all their requirements are met.
