PHARIA private yacht

Born in 1979 in Greece, Konstantinos is an enthusiast, motivated captain who has enjoyed a versatile sailing career for several charter yachts. He has been sailing from the age of ten, started with optimist and then moved on lasers and 420s until the age of 17. Since then he have been skippering many privately owned yachts as a hobby. His hobby became a profession as the last 10 years . His love of the seas made him quit Engineering and working as a full time skipper in the Greek charter industry. He have skippered mostly sailing yachts up to 60 feet and catamarans up to 80 feet. His engineering background helped him understand even better all technical aspects of a sailing yacht, and also make Konstantinos more confident since he is able to deal with a lot of technical problems while on sea. He graduated his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering back in 2000 and his masters in 2002. He completed the Yacht master Offshore sailing/power certificate in 2011 and he is certificated licensed motor boat from 2009 and Greek Sailing Offshore waters certificated from back in 1996. Konstantinos have shown himself to be creative, self-motivated, well-organized and capable of working under pressure. He have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and with developed experience to see things through to completion. Except Greek as his mother tongue, speaks English fluently and Spanish the basics. In his free time loves travelling abroad, meeting new cultures and tasting different cuisines.He also like sports, windsurf, surfing, snowboarding, cycling or hiking up to the mountains. When he is at home, he enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family.
