Fosse boasts impressive and extensive experience in the luxury yachting industry, having captained and crewed on numerous prestigious vessels throughout his career. His career highlights include serving as captain of S/Y WYLDE SWAN, S/Y GLORIA, S/V BARK EUROPA and S/Y HELIOS, as well as taking on relief captain roles for yachts such as S/Y ELENA OF LONDON and S/Y MONDANGO. In addition to his leadership at sea, Fosse has held the role of Yard Captain for Vitters Shipyard, where he oversaw sea trials and commissioning for new builds like S/Y MERAKI and S/Y MAXIMUS. Currently, he applies his wealth of expertise as captain of the legendary S/Y ATLANTIC, where he has successfully led six charter seasons in the Mediterranean and UK since 2018.

Job Description
Fosse is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew and guests. He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He provides daily leadership for the crew and encourages team-work, individual growth and personal attention by delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

Michael is an experienced sailor with extensive expertise in his field. His skills and dedication have earned him the position of First Mate. Michael also holds the title of Certified PADI Diving Instructor, demonstrating his proficiency in leading underwater explorations and ensuring diver safety. He is enthusiastic about water sports and encourages others to engage in aquatic activities. Michael's strong leadership abilities enable him to coordinate tasks efficiently and ensure a smooth sailing experience for all onboard. His knowledge and experience make him a valuable member of the Atlantic crew.

Job Description
Michael has the expertise required to stand in for Captain in his absence, acting as second in command. He assists the Captain during navigation and participates in all on-deck operations, respecting guest’s activities. He has extensive knowledge of sailing yachts maintenance and is responsible for the running of deck equipment and machinery.

Francisco (Xico) has participated in numerous regatta circuits. He has an interest in sailing and Naval Architecture. He occasionally joins for longer passages.

He assists the Captain and Chief Officer with passage planning, watchkeeping, and radar monitoring, ensuring the vessel’s smooth and secure journey. He is also responsible for safety drills, crew training, and maintaining navigational equipment. Whether managing deck duties or overseeing security procedures, Francisco is a key team member dedicated to the safe and efficient running of the yacht.

Josselin is an invaluable crew member on Atlantic with extensive knowledge and exceptional seamanship. Known for his dedication to teamwork and skillful execution tasks, he supports his fellow crew confidently. When he is not on deck, he enjoys cycling, restoring vintage 2CVs, and renovating his home in Brittany. Josselin's broad set of skills and work ethic make him a trusted mentor and exemplary sailor, contributing significantly to every voyage.

Job description
Joss is a skilled Bosun with extensive knowledge of deck operations and yacht maintenance. He oversees the handling and upkeep of all deck equipment and machinery, ensuring the yacht remains in top condition. With strong leadership skills, he supervises the deck crew and assists the First Officer as needed, ensuring smooth sailing and efficient teamwork.

Martin has a commercial background, extensive experience with sailing ships, and several years in global yachting. He handles technical issues and daily needs. 2025 will be his second season on Atlantic. He enjoys climbing, water sports, and other water-related activities.

Job Description
As Chief Engineer, Martin is responsible for the overall technical operation and maintenance of the vessel. He oversees all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring smooth and safe performance at sea. Managing repairs, routine servicing, and troubleshooting, he keeps the yacht in peak condition. Martin also works closely with the Captain to support navigation and operational efficiency.

Pim, our esteemed engineer aboard Atlantic, brings vast sailing experience to our team. With five years of professional sailing and a Yacht Master Coastal certification, he is a seasoned sailor known for his warm smile and kind nature. Pim's expertise in engineering, combined with his love for cycling, swimming, and sailing, are a reflection of his active lifestyle. As a dedicated and generous team player, Pim is an important member of Atlantic’s crew.

Job Description
Pim is responsible for all the machinery onboard, including all control, maintenance and repair systems. He manages all working engines, the generator and any electronics systems, as well as the plumbing and hydraulic system. He also regularly assists the Captain in their duties, which includes navigation watch, radar control and transatlantic communication.

Chef Antonio is passionate about food, wine, and travel. He states, "food, wine and travel make my life perfect". His global travels have given him valuable insights into various cuisines and wines, which he incorporates into his recipes. Since joining SY Atlantic in 2019, Antonio has provided exceptional service to our guests.

Job Description
As the Chef, Antonio is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable and that all dietary requirements are met. He is a creative cook, varying his meals to provide variety and according to the location of ATLANTIC in order to have as much relevance as possible to the country being visited.

Chanel joined ATLANTIC in 2018 as a stewardess and returns this year as the Chief Stewardess. With a career beginning in 2012, she has gained extensive experience and knowledge in service and guest satisfaction over the past 11 years. Renowned for her multitasking abilities and meeting guest expectations, Chanel has completed an Indian Ocean crossing and logged about 50,000 nautical miles, including solo watches. Her exceptional leadership and organizational skills have earned her the role of Chief Stewardess, where she continues to elevate Atlantic's service standards. A strong, kind-hearted, and fun-loving individual, Chanel prioritizes the needs of others, ensuring both guests and crew receive utmost care and attention.

She maintains a precise inventory of all service items and supplies, ensuring the vessel is always impeccably prepared for guest trips.
