Ioanna Roussia
ChefIoanna was born in 1978 and is a Greek national. She joined yachting after having worked for many years in a number of top-notch restaurants in Athens and in Elounda, Crete. This is her first season with us. Ioanna is an extremely positive and cooperative person. As a chef, she is always focused on quality ingredients and constantly experimenting with new flavor combinations. She is also a qualified scuba diver instructor and has received first aid training. When not creating a new gourmet dish, she likes traveling and socializing. Fluent in English.
Michael Chirakis
StewardMichael was born in 1983 and is a Greek national. This is his third year in yachting and his second season with us. He has a solid background in the tourism industry. His positive energy, paired with an extraordinary sense of hospitality and an irresistible smile, make the world of “Space” go round. Outside work, you will find him either in soccer fields, since he is an accredited referee, or saving souls since he is both a certified lifeguard and a psychology major university student. When he gets tired of all these, he just plays his guitar and sings. He is fluent in English and speaks Italian quite well.
