ChefStefano hails from Italy and started working in the restaurant industry at the age of 14. It was then and there that he developed a passion for creating beautiful and delicious food. By working for several well-established restaurants and hotels throughout the Mediterranean, Stefano perfected his culinary skills. At the age of 22, Stefano decided to add to his list of passions and took up sailing. He acquired sailing skills by working on his boat as well as other people’s boats in the Mediterranean. In 2005, Stefano combined his passion for sailing and cooking by being both a chef and a deckhand on various yachts in the Mediterranean. Stefano has sailed through the Mediterranean, Indian Ocean, Atlantic and Caribbean, totaling 65000 nautical miles to date! He is excited to prepare and present all your favorite meals during your stay aboard AURELIUS!
