ChefChef Antony specializes in Mediterranean, Italian, sushi, and bistronomy. He has completed a Culinary Arts degree (IEK Omiros, 2022-2024) and trained in butchery (Averof Agricultural School). Additionally, he holds certifications in offshore sailing, motorboat driving, and first aid. His experience includes charter yacht cuisine high-end hospitality (Le Grand Chalet, Arahova), and restaurant work. With a strong background in seafood, menu development, and cost evaluation, he also has over 10 years in bartending and barista roles. Passionate about travel, sailing, motorbikes, and skiing, Antony constantly refines his craft, blending creativity with culinary precision.

HostessEirini brings a wealth of hospitality experience to the SERENITY crew, having spent many seasons as a hostess on catamarans and motor yachts. She is efficient, organised, a team player and adaptable. She has a keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience is taken care of. She is fluent in both Greek and English and has a basic knowledge of French. Eirini is a valuable asset to the team and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure client's satisfaction.
