Chef Raffie is a passionate chef with many years of experience in the food and yachting industry. He is originally from Venezuela and came to the USA to learn more about food! After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris Cooking school, 1991 in Canada he studied and worked to improve his culinary skills on various size vessels and many different places. He has traveled to Italy, France, California and Japan to enrich his techniques and also became fluent in four languages. He is renowned for cooking with his own line of seasoning, herbs & spices. Chef Raffie has competed in competitions all over the world and normally walks away with the award. Working as an Executive chef for many owners on board yachts, he has also extended his services to their private homes, yet is always available to raise funds and cook for the less fortunate people. Chef Raffie exhibits his skills daily while incorporating healthy choices, as per the current global demand for healthy sustainable living.

Erika is an enthusiastic young lady who aims to please. After working in hospitality for over six years, then dabbling in cruise ship services, she entered the wonderful world of yachting. Gathering valuable experiences since she started out, she enjoys the challenges and adventures charters bring. Erica is highly motivated professional who always strives to deliver great service to the guests. She has a radiant, warm personality with great communication skills. Her positive attitude makes her a successful team player. Erika gets involved in every detail of what is expected on board, from folding napkins to teaching guests to paddle board. She is a delight to be around and looks forward to serving you on board SILVER MOON!

Christian prides himself in being a good team player. His willingness to help in all areas and aspects of being on board, makes him a great asset to any charter yacht. All though young and only a couple year’s in the industry, he truly enjoys being part of a team and ensuring you have a memorable charter. His can do attitude, friendly smile and efficiency has Christian stand out above the rest. Whether he is washing down the yacht, doing a night watch or driving the tender to your beach barbecue, he will be enthusiastic in doing it! He has his 100-ton Master license, certified diver and is fluent in Spanish. Christian enjoys playing beach volley ball, surfing or any kind of fitness activity or uses his spare time to take care of cleaning up the environment when he is not on board.
