MateBen was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, USA. Ben discovered his love for the Ocean in the Red Sea Egypt. Escaping the desert, he continued his maritime career on the islands of Hawaii and got his PADI SCUBA Instructor certification in Grand Cayman. Continuing his maritime career Ben accomplished his Captain’s License while working on boats in the Bahamas. Ben is a Marine Corps Veteran and has a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife & Fishery Conservation along with an MBA.
