He was born on February 5th in 1983. He graduated successfully from private school LE MONDE where he studied the culinary art and tourist administration authority. For more than 15 years he has perfected his experience to Mediterranean and international cuisine in hotels and yachts. He always studies new cooking techniques and he continues his studies watching postgraduate studies and seminars of high gastronomy. His purpose is the guests to taste and learn the Greek Culture. In addition, he expects the journey is left unforgettable. In his spare time he deals with sports and he loves travelling in Greece and abroad in purpose to explore the flavor of every place.
He loves snorkeling and cooking! Speaks Greek and English.

Irene has studied International and European Macroeconomics at Panteion University Athens, Law at the University of Athens and obtained a Masters Degree in European Law and Finance. Despite her academic background though, she finally decided to follow her decisive passion for sea and sailing and her college hobby became a profession. Over the last decade she has been sailing in the Mediterranean, Atlantic and Pacific ocean, creating a logbook with over 100000 sea miles and many race participations.
She is considered to be very responsible and hardworking, flexible and well organized with a keen eye for detail. She has an extensive experience both as a stewardess and a deckhand and has also completed many training courses in seamanship, safety and customer service. As a person she is very caring and customises her service in order to meet each guests’ unique needs. In her free time, she practices calisthenics, acrobatic gymnastics, wind surfing and sea kayaking.

Jose has joined the yachting industry in 2002 and since then, he has worked as a deckhand on several charter yachts as well as private. He is hard-working, respectful, reliable, always ready to fulfill charterer’s demands.Jose has successfully graduated John B. Lacson maritime academy as a seaman and holds SOLAS certifications for basic safety.He also holds powerboat driving license and is very capable, in assisting and towing all kind of watertoys
