SOHO, anteriormente llamada AFRICAN QUEEN, fue construida por Benetti y entregada a su propietario en 2009, y más tarde se sometió a una remodelación en 2018.
El SOHO tiene capacidad para 10 personas en 5 cabinas que constan de 2 cabinas con una cama individual y baño privado, 2 cabinas con una cama queen size y baño privado y una suite principal con una cama king size y baño privado.
Las comodidades a bordo incluyen aire acondicionado, equipo de ejercicio, gimnasio, soporte para iPod, servidor de películas multimedia, TV vía satélite, estabilizadores en el anclaje y Wi-Fi.
