EngineerTJ grew up in Richard's bay, a small coastal town on the North East coast of South Africa. He has spent a great deal of time fishing and represented South Africa and its local fishing clubs in domestic and international fishing tournaments.
Aside from his love for the ocean, he also has deep roots in the country's oval and drag racing industry, including building cars for world champions every year during their international hotrod championship.
TJ's other hobbies include diving, filming, video editing and fly fishing.
