ChefCHEF DANIA BRUNOLD is originally from Colombia and was raised in Miami. She is energetic with an endearing smile and always very gracious, making sure that there are plenty of delicious appetizers to accompany her authentic Cuba Libres. Dania is excellent at organization and enthusiastic about planning the perfect Cuba shore experience tailored to the preferences of her charter guests, from touring Havana in a 50's pink Cadillac convertible to dining in her favorite, most authentic restaurant.
Jon and Dania are superb with children of all ages and also welcome pets on board.
