Crew
Aga
Aga is a well-travelled culinary trained chef with Michelin star experience. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu school and did numerous culinary courses while travelling around the world. She used to live in Tokyo and Bangkok where she truly immersed herself in the Asian culinary world. Her cooking style is minimalistic and she loves using the best local products tailored for the yacht’s location to create her dishes.
After meeting her partner Bart, she grew a love for sailing and pursued her career in the yachting industry attaining her Yachtmaster certification and combining her love for the ocean and her affection for cooking. Before she discovered her passion for food and got into the yachting industry she finished Economic studies and did the Master’s degree in Diplomatic Protocol in Barcelona University. She loves travelling and visiting all the wineries encountered on her route, so far she visited more than 80 countries and can’t wait to explore more African continent. Aga speaks English, Spanish, French, Polish and little Italian.
Molly
Molly grew up in southern Sweden, where she for several years combined school with working in hotels and restaurants. She has always had a great passion for the ocean and moved to Thailand after graduation where she completed her PADI Divemaster course and worked for different recreational dive centers for two seasons.
On her travels to South Africa she came to meet her partner Brandon, our Deckhand onboard, who introduced her to yachting. Combining her earlier service and diving experiences she felt that this industry was a perfect match.
Molly is now our passionate Stewardess with a wealth of knowledge of all areas of the interior. She has mastered keeping the interior spotless, while providing excellent service, and can’t wait to welcome guests onboard S/Y Graya this season. Molly speaks English, Swedish and Danish.
Brandon
Brandon grew up in a small town outside of Cape Town, South Africa where he spent his youth surfing, fishing, and playing sport. With his intense love for the ocean he longed for a way to spend his adult life on the water, that’s when he found the yachting industry.
Entering this industry at the age of eighteen has allowed him to learn early about the high standards that come with yachting. He enjoys his job and his energy and commitment onboard reflects just that.
He strives to give the best experiences on water toys as well as fishing. Saying this, if there are any edible fish lurking below the waterline, it's probably going to end up on the dinner table. Brandon speaks English and Afrikaans.
